Brooklyn-based writer Dustin B. Stephens is alternately from Texas, California, or Colorado, depending on which is most advantageous in conversation.  He received a zoology degree from U.T. Austin which he now describes as "startlingly worthless."  Also recently published in the climbing magazine Rock and Ice with a profile of Yuki, Central Park's resident bouldering guru, as well as Metro Sports New York, he currently works for the Central Park Conservancy as a climbing instructor and is in training with the Argentine aerial  dance/theater company De La Guarda.  These are his first published poems.
