Issue One of Night Rally will be available in September of 2000, and will
feature previously unpublished fiction by Fay Weldon, J. Robert Lennon, and
selections from the Piccolo Spoleto Fiction Open in Charleston, South
Carolina, as well as an interview with author Rick DeMarinis. In a time where
the people who read short stories are often those who write them, Night Rally
serves as both inspiration and manual for the short story writer, and as an
accessible source of truth-bearing fiction by both established and
